Manchester City Council trading as the North West Construction Hub, supported by the Centre for ConstructionInnovation (CCI), on behalf of the bodies listed in section VI.3 of the Contract Notice (2010/S 188-287528) have sought expressions of interest from suppliers wishing to participate in a multiparty framework agreement for certain types of work set out in a pre-qualification questionnaire.

This is of the successful bidders to be appointed to Strathclyde Partnership for Transport's Design and Technical Services Framework Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e and 8.

Collaboration between four Authorities in SE Wales for an Engineering Services Provision framework arrangement. The arrangement will include individual services packages, delivering Civil Engineering design services to the commissioning Authority, for roads and associated structures on an ad-hoc basis, in line with the scope of service. Suppliers will be required to communicate directly with the Authority commissioning the service package. The contract scope includes a wide range of road and bridge design and maintenance services, geotechnical projects, environmental management assessments, and landscaping design. Work may also extend to management of construction contracts in certain circumstances.

Provision of Highways and Transportation Consultancy Services including general services, traffic and highways engineering, structural engineering, asset management, bridge inspections, urban design safety audits and CDM-C.

Construction management services. Professional Management Services related to the GAL Capital Investment Programme Engineering and Construction works. GAL proposes to establish a Framework Agreement with a number of panels, each panel relating to a defined Professional Services skill set.

Lancaster University has awarded Project Manager Consultancy Design Services to support our in-house Facilities Management team.

GAL seeks to replace its current architect led and civil led design frameworks which will expire in August 2013 with a new comprehensive non-exclusive Engineering Design Framework.

A Contract was required to be entered into with Contractors that shall ensure best value for the Council is achieved with regards to Enterprise, Planning and Protective Services Consultancy Framework.

Buying Solutions as the Contracting Authority is putting in place a pan government collaborative framework agreement for use by UK public sector bodies identified at VI.3 of the OJEU Contract Notice (and any future successors to these organisations), which include central government departments and their arm’s length bodies and agencies, non departmental public bodies, NHS bodies and local authorities.

Gateshead Council has identified a significant opportunity for the provision of a low carbon district heating system for Gateshead Town Centre and adjoining areas.

The Highways Agency has a requirement for a Specialist Project Services Framework. The work is divided into 4 Lots as follows: Lot 1 – Development & Review of Policy & Operational Services; Lot 2 – Interview Data Collection, Processing and Management; Lot 3 – Post Implementation Evaluation; Lot 4 – Asset Data Capture and Production. The broad outline requirements for each Lot are provided in Section II.1.8. The work in each Lot is varied and may include any or all of the requirements. Suppliers should note that the requirements in each Lot are not an exhaustive list. Suppliers should note that in expressing an interest in Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 they will be expected to deliver all of the services within those Lots. Those suppliers interested in supplying services can choose to deliver against any one or more Lots. The HA will require each service to be provided nationally throughout all of its seven regions – the North East, North West, East Midlands, West Midlands, South East, South West and the East of England. In response to the OJEU, suppliers should indicate which Lot(s) they are expressing an interest in. Suppliers will be expected to demonstrate their ability to deliver assured high quality communication and public liaison throughout the contract duration. If successful a supplier, will be appointed to a panel of service suppliers to whom the HA may issue Orders, “call-off services”, under the conditions of contract. At the time of such call-off services there will be no further negotiation of the basic terms of the conditions of contract. Where it is not apparent from the basic terms of the Framework which supplier would offer the best proposal in respect of a particular call-off service, the HA may conduct a “mini-competition” among those suppliers considered capable of providing that particular call-off service.

Northumberland County Council as “Lead Authority” has lead the procurement of this Framework on behalf of NEPO.

This contract is a 'top up' services framework to support and provide additional capacity for in-house engineering and environmental design teams.

A Framework of pre-qualified and suitably experienced consulting engineers to enable the participating local authorities to procure a full range of engineering related services which will be fully defined in the tender documentation. The participating authorities/orgs are committed to contributing to the social, economic and environmental well-being of the wider community. Accordingly, the successful consultants will be expected to include such measures when delivering the project. Specific requirements will be detailed within the tender documents.
