Programme of works consisting of kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems and electrical works, windows and doors (the Programme) to its residential housing stock comprising approximately 12 213 properties in the contract area, of which 2 353 are leasehold and 9 860 are tenanted. Repair and maintenance services. North Kesteven District Council are seeking a contractor to provide their responsive repairs services. This will in the main cover all repairs to Council House stock and some non-housing assets. Also included will be: Void property clearing and cleaning, disabled adaptations to Council properties, vulnerable persons decoration scheme, maintenance of door entry systems, maintenance of stairlifts.

The proposed contract duration will be for a minimum period of 10 years but possibly up to 20 years (with the possibility of break clauses for the longer duration). This contract will not be split into Lots and covers the services of waste/recycling collection and street cleansing and possibly the treatment of dry recyclables and/or of garden waste for the Councils of Eastbourne, Hastings, Rother and Wealden. At this stage it is expected to specifically include the following services:
