To achieve this Home is seeking suitably qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary building consultancy partners for new build and refurbishment works. Consultants are sought who have experience of new build and refurbishment projects.

Building services consultancy services. Non-residential property services. Residential property services. Energy-management services. Energy-efficiency consultancy services. Repair and maintenance services of building installations. Construction project management services. The requirement will encompass: servising of equipment and systems; repairs and routine maintenance of premises; project management; energy management; general and technical advice on property matters. The requirements are devided by the following lots:

Milton Keynes Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Construction Project Management and Cost Control services relating to New Builds and Refurbishment works. The Framework Agreement will be utilised by all Service Groups across the Council, including maintained schools, grant schools and Academies. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of three years, commencing the 1.10.2012 and includes provision to extend for a further year. Over the next 3 years the Council has an approved construction budget of 25 000 000 GBP per annum and on average undertakes up to 10 major schemes annually. Beyond 2016 it is anticipated that similar levels of funding will come on stream as Milton Keynes continues to grow. It is not known at this time what the value and timings of the individual projects will be.

Home Group is seeking to appoint a Framework of suitably qualified multi-discipline consultancy partners to assist in new build and refurbishment works in Central and Southern England. Consultants should be able to offer Cost Consultancy, Employer's Agent (EA), and Client Representative coordination expertise in the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) recognised Central and Southern regions, namely, East & South East, London, South West and Midlands. Appointed consultancy partners will be expected to work in collaboration with other Home partners to deliver construction projects. It is intended that work within the Framework will be awarded via mini tender, although Home will reserve the right to directly appoint / award commissions based on previous KPI performance and / or demonstrated expertise. Home will reserve the right to externally benchmark the Framework. Home will reserve the right to re-enter the marketplace for award of works associated with large joint ventures or large scale regeneration projects. Home Group (on behalf of itself and potentially other bodies listed in Section VI.3 – the ‘eligible bodies’) is seeking to set up this Framework under which eligible bodies can procure multi-disciplined consultancy services.
